The word parfait just sounds fancy, doesn’t it? It even looks fancy! In reality, it’s an easy, flexible meal in a cup that’s perfect for a relaxing morning at home or for eating on-the-go. In our recipe, we’ve added your daily dose of CBD right to the yogurt so you can easily check two things off your morning to-do list.

If your mornings are short on time, you can make this parfait recipe the night before and grab it on the run. But it’s so quick to put together, you’ll easily be able to assemble it as part of your morning breakfast routine. Change out the berries for whatever fruit you have on hand or is in season. You can even change out the granola for cookies, add some whipped cream and nuts to the top, and you have a yummy dessert on your hands!

Parfaits prove that a healthy morning meal can be easy, and that sometimes breakfast is almost as good as dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup fresh berries (or whatever fruit is in season)

½ cup granola

1 cup vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt

1 full dropper GoodCBD oil

Measure out the yogurt and stir in one dropper of your favorite GoodCBD Pure CBD Oil.

LAYERING:

• Spoon approximately ⅓ cup of the yogurt-CBD mixture into your cup

• Sprinkle with ⅓ cup fresh berries

• Spoon ⅓ cup of yogurt mixture over the berries

• Sprinkle with ⅓ cup granola

Spoon remaining yogurt over the top and sprinkle with the rest of the granola and fruit.
